Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering a positive experience to our clients through telephone and email interactions. You'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions that meet their needs. Key Responsibilities
* Handle both incoming and outgoing calls in a contact center environment
- Demonstrate a high level of customer service skills and empathy while interacting with clients
- Build rapport with clients and establish a positive relationship
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our database or shared systems
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet departmental targets
- Utilize great judgment and make informed decisions to resolve customer issues
- Communicate all Auto Projects, including Advancements and Special Offers, to clients
- May lead phases of preparation to sales teams on Advancements and Special Offers
- May lead post-purchase reviews with clients
- Adhere to all established policies and procedures
- May be required to work in a contact center environment
- Other duties as assigned
Essential Qualifications
* Unparalleled written and verbal communication skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations
- Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to type at least 35 wpm

* Previous customer service experience in a contact center environment
- Experience working with CRM software and databases
