Roles and Responsibilities
As an Account Manager Customer Success at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded through regular communication and exceptional service.
- Sales Management: Identify new business opportunities, upsell and cross-sell products/services, and achieve sales targets to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Customer Success: Ensure clients achieve their desired outcomes through our solutions, leading to high satisfaction and retention rates.
- Account Strategy: Develop strategic account plans to drive client success and business growth, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the eCommerce industry.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Problem Resolution: Address client issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless client experience.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Experience: A minimum of 5+ years in an account management, sales, or customer success role within the eCommerce industry.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
- Industry Knowledge: A strong understanding of the eCommerce landscape, including market trends, competitive dynamics, and key players.
- Category Experience: Prior experience in a category management role within an eCommerce company is highly preferred.
- Sales Skills: A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Customer Focus: Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Flexibility: Willingness to work the night shift to support international clients.
