Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing best-in-class customer service to our clients and their students, alumni, and employers. You will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, chats, and texts, using your excellent communication and problem-solving skills to resolve issues and provide solutions. You will also be responsible for updating customer records, adhering to company policies and procedures, and meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) and monthly performance goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients and their students, alumni, and employers through inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, chats, and texts
- Use CRM system to track customer interactions and resolve technical inquiries
- Update customer records with current demographic and contact information and accurately notate all interactions
- Comprehend training material on a variety of topics and share new concepts and content with colleagues
- Adhere to all federal and state laws governing the industry and company guidelines and policies
- Attain all KPIs and monthly performance goals
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1 year of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to establish and maintain rapport with customers through effective communication and timely follow-up
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to operate and navigate various technical devices and systems
- Ability to troubleshoot common computer issues
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software
- Knowledge of education finance and student loan industry
- Bilingual or multilingual skills

Training Schedule
* During the first two weeks of employment, training will be conducted Monday – Friday between the hours of 8 am – 5 pm CST.
