Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our members, providing support and guidance on various aspects of their healthcare plans. You'll work closely with our team to resolve issues, answer questions, and deliver exceptional service that exceeds our members' expectations. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to inbound calls and emails from members, providing empathetic and personalized support on various aspects of their healthcare plans

  • Answer questions and resolve issues related to medication coverage, prescription benefits, and mail-order solutions
  • Collaborate with our team to identify and address member concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolution
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our healthcare plans and services, staying up-to-date on changes and updates
  • Utilize your problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and provide creative solutions to member concerns
  • Work closely with our training team to develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge and expertise
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Required Qualifications

* 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, such as call center, retail, or hospitality

  • Proficiency in Windows-based applications and ability to learn new software systems quickly
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

* Experience in a healthcare or insurance-related field
