The Role
As an Inbound Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for responding to telephone inquiries from customers regarding various topics, including customer promotions, research eligibility requirements, troubleshooting issues with self-registration, standalone toll-free calls, and out-of-franchise long-distance service and billing questions. You'll work from the comfort of your own home, wearing a headset, managing incoming calls, and simultaneously working on a computer to process and troubleshoot transactions in a timely manner while providing a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to telephone inquiries from customers regarding various topics, including customer promotions, research eligibility requirements, troubleshooting issues with self-registration, standalone toll-free calls, and out-of-franchise long-distance service and billing questions
- Provide empathetic and professional support to customers, handling stressful and upset callers with ease
- Work on a computer to process and troubleshoot transactions in a timely manner while providing a positive customer experience
- Manage incoming calls, prioritizing tasks and meeting productivity standards
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional service

Requirements:
* Must be 18 years of age
- Must have a GED or High School Diploma
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
