Job Summary

We're looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of our web and cloud applications. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with cross-functional groups to design, develop, and deploy scalable, secure, and efficient software solutions that meet the evolving needs of our business. Your expertise in Space Driven Plan (DDD) standards will drive the development of powerful, area-driven services that enhance our customers' experiences.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the adoption of Space Driven Plan (DDD) standards throughout the software development lifecycle, including domain analysis, modeling, and execution.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and define bounded contexts, develop a common language, and establish domain-driven models to ensure alignment between software solutions and business domains.
• Drive the creation of domain models that accurately represent complex business domains and facilitate communication among technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Influence DDD best practices to design and develop adaptable, efficient, and extensible software systems that meet the evolving needs of our business.
• Drive conversations around new and emerging capabilities and assist in determining the most effective way to modernize technologies to enable business solutions.
• Combine current state processes, working models, and approaches to define new, carefully crafted clarity on requirements.
• The job will work across a diverse partner group, driving agreement, and creating a shared understanding of detailed requirements related to technical delivery.
• Meet with business groups as required and perform an initial assessment of a high-risk situation or articulating the capabilities required to support the business.
• Gather data about the business cycle through various methods (shadowing, interviews, surveys, reading reports, etc.).
• Offer key support to clients in defining or designing business cycles and assist in identifying advancements based on client needs.
• Coordinate multi-system solutions to explain interdependencies so that systems appear consistent to the client.

What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Qualifications)

* Demonstrated experience with Space Driven Plan or similar

• 3+ years of IT and Business experience
• Ability to adapt and learn in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Scientific mind with exceptional data collection and analysis skills
• Proven skills in process design, technical design, and demonstrated critical thinking
• Effective communication, relationship management, and influencing skills required to work with internal teams
• Consistently focuses on the health and safety of self, others, and personal data.
• Embraces diversity, thinking, and styles.
• Has a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.

What Will Give You an Edge (Preferred Qualifications)

* In-depth knowledge of airline industry standards
