Key Responsibilities:
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Handling both incoming and outgoing calls in a contact center environment
- Demonstrating exceptional customer service skills and a high level of professionalism while interacting with customers, representatives, and management
- Building rapport with customers and providing personalized solutions to their inquiries
- Maintaining accurate records of vendor and part communications in our database or shared systems as required
- Proficiency in working multiple subordinate tasks and consistently reviewing educational materials
- Clearly communicating all Auto Projects, including Advancements and Extraordinary Proposals, to customers
- Leading phases of preparation to sellers on advancements and extraordinary offers
- Leading post-buy advancements reviews with customers
- Adhering to all established policies and procedures
- May be required to work in a contact center channel
- Other duties as assigned
Essential Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Unparalleled written and verbal communication skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to type at least 35 wpm

* Previous customer service experience in a retail or contact center environment
