Key Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling both incoming and outgoing calls in a contact center environment
  • Demonstrating exceptional customer service skills and a high level of professionalism while interacting with customers, representatives, and management
  • Building rapport with customers and providing personalized solutions to their inquiries
  • Maintaining accurate records of vendor and part communications in our database or shared systems as required
  • Proficiency in working multiple subordinate tasks and consistently reviewing educational materials
  • Clearly communicating all Auto Projects, including Advancements and Extraordinary Proposals, to customers
  • Leading phases of preparation to sellers on advancements and extraordinary offers
  • Leading post-buy advancements reviews with customers
  • Adhering to all established policies and procedures
  • May be required to work in a contact center channel
  • Other duties as assigned

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field

  • Unparalleled written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to type at least 35 wpm

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous customer service experience in a retail or contact center environment

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Familiarity with CRM software and data management systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide support to colleagues
