Job Summary
As a Chat Operator, you will be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers through online conversations to provide exceptional service, resolve issues, and drive sales. Your primary goal will be to turn conversations into leads that help our clients generate revenue. Key Responsibilities
* Engage with customers through online conversations, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for our clients and their customers
- Utilize your gaming experience to create engaging and interactive conversations that drive sales and revenue growth
- Collaborate with our team to develop and implement effective strategies for customer engagement and conversion
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and conversion rates
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and arenaflex's solutions
Requirements
* Must live within the state of Idaho
- Must have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse
- Computer must have a minimum of 8 GB of RAM, 64-bit Operating System, and 8th Generation Intel Core (3 equivalent or higher)
- Quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions – this is a remote position
- Able to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday – Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT
- Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, 40 and above is preferred
- Gaming experience is preferred
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., communications, marketing, or business) preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision
- Strong typing skills, with the ability to meet or exceed performance metrics
- Familiarity with online platforms and tools, with the ability to learn and adapt quickly
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in the automotive industry or a related field
- Familiarity with arenaflex's solutions and products
- Strong gaming experience, with a focus on customer engagement and conversion
- Certification in customer service or a related field
