Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Associate to join our remote team. As a key point of contact, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers and service providers. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, text, and web chat, providing thoughtful and timely resolutions to their concerns

  • Help customers with bookings, including scheduling, canceling, and rescheduling services
  • Assist service providers with questions or issues regarding Work Orders and policy questions
  • Troubleshoot software issues with customers and service providers
  • Collaborate with a remote team to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer service
  • Utilize technology to communicate, train, and meet with team members

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or remote environment

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to analyze customer emails and provide thoughtful responses
  • Proficiency in using technology to communicate and troubleshoot software issues
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with a focus on quality and efficiency
  • Ability to handle multiple issues simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote team environment

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other productivity tools
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems quickly
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
