Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Associate to join our remote team. As a key point of contact, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers and service providers. Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, text, and web chat, providing thoughtful and timely resolutions to their concerns
- Help customers with bookings, including scheduling, canceling, and rescheduling services
- Assist service providers with questions or issues regarding Work Orders and policy questions
- Troubleshoot software issues with customers and service providers
- Collaborate with a remote team to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer service
- Utilize technology to communicate, train, and meet with team members
Essential Qualifications
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or remote environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to analyze customer emails and provide thoughtful responses
- Proficiency in using technology to communicate and troubleshoot software issues
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Detail-oriented and organized, with a focus on quality and efficiency
- Ability to handle multiple issues simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
