Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional technical support and customer service to CatGenie customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Troubleshooting issues and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Assisting customers with orders, repairs, returns, and other inquiries
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining accurate records and data entry in our CRM system
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and customer service best practices
  • Working collaboratively with team members to achieve customer satisfaction and loyalty goals

Essential Qualifications

* 3+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a technical support role

  • Previous experience working with customers in a remote or home-based setting
  • Excellent communication, writing, and grammar skills
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in data entry and navigation of different software systems
  • Punctuality and great attendance
  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer service

Preferred Qualifications

* 1+ year of experience in product troubleshooting and technical support

  • Previous experience working with customers in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Familiarity with CRM software and data entry systems
  • Experience with customer service skills assessments and training programs

Location and Schedule

* Location: Phoenixville, PA (Montgomery County)

  • Schedule: Tuesday - Friday, 9:00 am - 2:00 pm; Saturday, 10:30 am - 6:30 pm (28 hours per week)
