Responsibilities

As a Customer Insights Associate Director at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Partnering with senior leaders: Collaborate with our senior leadership team to understand key business issues and use data-driven insights to inform brand experience strategies, messaging, and public relations efforts.
  • Designing custom research: Design custom research in support of our Brand Measurement Trackers to yield actionable insights that drive brand strategies.
  • Guiding research agency teams: Guide research agency analytic teams to perform advanced analytics that provides deeper insights and uncovers opportunities for the brand, including driver and correlation analysis, perceptual maps.
  • Leading cross-functional teams: Lead a cross-functional team in preparing the Annual State of the Brand report that provides a holistic, enterprise-wide view of the health and strength of the arenaflex brand.
  • Managing research agency partners: Manage research agency partners for custom research projects from scoping to delivery, focusing on uncovering insights that enhance brand perception and inform strategic communications for public relations purposes.
  • Partnering with sponsorship teams: Partner with our sponsorship team to identify relevant activations around the fans' needs and passions and measure their impact on brand associations and brand health.
  • Collaborating with CSR teams: Collaborate with our Corporate Social Responsibility team to conduct research and analysis that ensures our programs are meaningful, relevant, and impactful to society, and that they are implemented with excellence.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Eight or more years of relevant experience: Demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.
  • Knowledge of media monitoring and analysis tools: Familiarity with media monitoring and analysis tools is essential for this role.

  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills: The ability to analyze complex data sets and provide actionable insights is crucial for this role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills: Effective communication is key to success in this role, as you'll be working closely with senior leaders, research agency teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team: As a Customer Insights Associate Director, you'll need to be able to work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality results.
  • Designed small and large-scale research projects: Experience designing and managing research projects, including primary and secondary data collection, is highly valued.
  • Proven experience in conducting market research for PR purposes: A track record of conducting market research for public relations purposes is essential for this role.
  • Analyzed data from multiple sources: Experience analyzing data from multiple sources and providing insights and recommendations tailored to different functions and levels is highly valued.
  • Experience with marketing communications and mobile, digital, and social media platforms: Familiarity with marketing communications and mobile, digital, and social media platforms is essential for this role.
  • Experience managing people and teams: Experience managing people and teams, either via direct reporting or influence, is highly valued.
  • Experience with both Consumer and B2B audiences: Experience working with both consumer and B2B audiences is essential for this role.
