Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our customer, responsible for delivering exceptional experiences to our domestic and international customers. You will interact with customers in our lobbies and at gates, providing support with ticketing, luggage, and other travel-related issues. Your role will require you to be a problem-solver, a communicator, and a team player, with a passion for delivering memorable experiences and building customer loyalty and retention.
Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
* Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Age: Minimum of 18 years old
- Technical skills: Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies
- Physical ability: Ability to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift, carry and handle luggage, and meet airport requirements for badging
- Legal requirements: Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Attendance and appearance: Ability to meet company attendance requirements and uniform and appearance standards
