Key Responsibilities

As a remote customer service representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service through inbound phone calls, chat messages, and emails
• Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely, professional manner
• Utilizing technology to access client information, resolve issues, and provide solutions
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and issues
• Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Schedule and Flexibility

While the majority of work hours will be during these times, we're open to accommodating your needs and preferences.

Earnings and Revenue

As an independent contractor, your earnings will vary based on client, performance metrics, and phone call status. With competitive rates typically ranging from $14 to $20 per hour, you'll have the opportunity to earn a competitive income while working in a flexible, remote environment. Additional incentives may be available based on client and performance metrics.

Technology and Equipment Requirements

To ensure seamless connectivity and clear communication, you'll need:

• A quiet and secure work environment during working hours
• A personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (tablets and Chromebooks are not permitted)
• A wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication
• High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed for seamless connectivity
• Operating system of Windows 10 or Windows 11 (some clients may accept AppleOS)
• Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed
• A smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad for program work, along with an authentication app

Work Environment Requirements

To ensure a productive and efficient work environment, you'll need:

• A quiet, uninterrupted space
• An organized desk area

• Contractors must also successfully pass a criminal background check.
• arenaflex is able to work with contractors residing in Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, South Carolina, Texas, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming, and Puerto Rico.

Contractual Relationship

As an independent contractor, you'll remain in a contractual relationship with arenaflex for the duration of your program assignment. arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with arenaflex. When you receive your contract, you'll be asked to agree to have no claim against arenaflex hereunder or otherwise for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind.
