Job Summary

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional support to our members. You will be responsible for answering inbound calls, resolving member inquiries, and providing solutions to their healthcare-related questions. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, where you will be challenged to think critically and provide creative solutions to complex problems.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls from members and respond to their inquiries in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide solutions to member questions related to prescription coverage, medication inclusion, and mail-order solutions
  • Utilize your knowledge and skills to educate members about their healthcare benefits and options
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional support to members
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Work in a team environment to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare, business, communications)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with Windows-based applications and computer systems

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer service or a related field

  • Knowledge of healthcare benefits and insurance plans
  • Experience working in a call center or customer support environment
  • Familiarity with HIPAA and regulatory compliance
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
