Experienced Freelance Customer Experience Strategist (Part-Time) – Join arenaflex in Shaping the Future of Advertising

We're excited to announce a part-time Freelance Experience Strategist opportunity to join our team on a freelance basis through early 2025. This role requires approximately 8-20 hours per week (average of about 15 hours per week) and is available to start immediately.

What You'll Be Working On

As a Freelance Experience Strategist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in shaping the customer experience for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the development of comprehensive communications plans that drive engagement and conversion
• Creating channel briefs for social and digital creative to fulfill media plans, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and platform best practices
• Reviewing creative assets to guarantee they meet the required standards and are optimized for each channel
• Designing and managing an omnichannel asset ecosystem document, mapping creative assets to target audiences across the customer journey
• Consulting on and contributing to briefs for various digital marketing channels, including social media, digital display, website, email, app engagement, and more

How You'll Excel In Your Role

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 5-10 years of experience in digital marketing and/or social media strategy, with a proven track record of success in channels beyond social media
• A deep understanding of the fundamental principles of brand building and measurement, including brand trackers, audience segmentation, category dynamics, principles of growth, and more
• Availability for meetings within the PST timezone
• The ability to work independently, contributing to the requirements without requiring extensive oversight or training
• A clear, confident, and inspiring communication style that resonates with colleagues and clients alike

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

• Proven experience in developing and executing customer experience strategies
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, digital display, email, and more
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

• Experience working with brand tracking and measurement tools
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
• Knowledge of data analysis and interpretation
• Certification in digital marketing or customer experience
