Job Summary
As a Data Entry Specialist/Clerk, you'll work closely with our Manufacturing teams to process production orders, create labels for Quality Control (QC) samples and bulks, and maintain accurate inventory records. You'll also assist the Inventory and Planning teams in resubmitting re-test samples and perform other duties as necessary. This is a full-time remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere in the United States.
Key Responsibilities
* Process production orders and create labels for QC samples and bulk materials
- Assist with batch records, including prefilling, reviewing, verifying, and scanning/attaching
- Collaborate with inventory controllers to identify Bin locations and help Planning teams resubmit re-test samples
- Perform job duties under ISO requirements, following the "line of clearance" rule and SOPs or work instructions
- Participate in other projects or responsibilities as required

Minimum Qualifications
* High school diploma plus 6 months of data entry experience
- Biotech Certificate or Associates degree in a science or related field
- Strong competency with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
Preferred Qualifications
* Prior hands-on experience with Microsoft Navision System (NAV) or other ERP systems
- Some laboratory experience, which will help to understand the Manufacturing process
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and familiarity with any ERP system
