Laboratory Consumables Representative

We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and motivated individual to join PPD-Pharmaceutical Product Development as a Laboratory Consumables Representative. The successful candidate should have a degree in a scientific field such as biology, chemistry, or medical technology and should demonstrate excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.We are looking for someone who is motivated by challenging and dynamic tasks, has a passion for helping others, and is eager to learn and grow with our company. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to think outside the box and to work collaboratively with their team members. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction with PPD-Pharmaceutical Product Development. Educate customers on laboratory consumable products and services offered by PPD-Pharmaceutical Product Development. Utilize problem-solving and customer service skills to address customer inquiries and resolve any issues. Research and analyze new laboratory consumable products and services that can be offered by PPD-Pharmaceutical Product Development. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales of laboratory consumables with customers. Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and successful product delivery. Monitor market trends and competitors’ activities in order to develop effective marketing and sales plans. Utilize critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills to develop innovative solutions. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales data.
