Senior Performance Contracts Sales Representative
Job Description:
- Generate sales of comprehensive energy solutions
- Include facilities infrastructure modernization in the local government market
- Present a value-based solution using a consultative sales approach in a multi-level decision making environment
- Collaborate with an experienced technical support organization

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 5 years of consultative sales experience across a multi-state territory
- Minimum of 5 Years of complex sales and /or business development experience in one or more of the following vertical markets: federal, state, and local government, K12 schools, higher education
- A proficient understanding of key sales principles and best practices
- Significant experience in selling (industrial) products
- Deep technical acumen
- Understanding of the Honeywell value proposition as well as the competitive landscape
- ESPC (Energy Savings Performance Contracting)
- Professionals with both Hardware and Software experience
- Energy and Operational Savings
- Smart controls, Smart Lighting, Battery Storage, Data Storage, EV charging, Water Meters, Building Automation, Onsight Solar
- Experience within the Financial sector
- Mechanical Engineering experience
- Experience selling energy and lighting efficiency solutions
