Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)– Patient Billing Specialist and Insurance Collection Specialist (2 Positions) Full-Time Employment (Remote) Background Deep Centered Mental Health is a psychotherapy practice in Texas that provides a wide range of psychological services through a team of more than 200 clinicians. In order to keep our clinical work running smoothly, we need experts who can scrupulously help us ensure the accuracy of all things related to our billing. We are looking for someone who is passionate about mental health care and can help meet some of the unmet billing management needs of our growing practice. Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced RCM Specialists with a strong background in insurance processes in relation to patient benefits and cost. Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Billing: Generate and distribute patient invoices, manage billing inquiries, and ensure accurate and timely billing for services rendered. Benefit verification and ensuring accurate account charges, payments and overall health of the patient account.
• Collections: Monitor and follow up on outstanding accounts receivable. Implement collection strategies to minimize overdue accounts and improve cash flow. Work aging reports focusing on 60/90/120 claims our outstanding patient balances.
• Data Entry and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of payments, and patient accounts. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to patients and insurance providers, addressing any issues or concerns related to billing and collections. Coordinate with patients regarding payment arrangement, payment plans or paid in full discounts. Build relationships with insurance provider representative.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in revenue cycle management, insurance claims processing, and/or patient support collections. Experience in mental healthcare preferred.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
• Skills: Advance MD experience is a plus!
• Proficiency in RCM software and Google Suite.
• Strong understanding of insurance policies, billing practices, and collections processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze financial data and generate reports.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
