Accounts Receivable Lead

We are looking for a proactive Accounts Receivable Lead to join a fast-paced, growing e-commerce fulfillment organization. This role offers a unique balance of remote flexibility and hands-on experience in financial operations. As a key member of our collaborative finance team, you will manage the full AR cycle and gain exposure to system implementations and month-end close processes—skills designed to pave the way for senior finance leadership role salary: $31 - $35 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Billing & Revenue Operations: Manage the recurring billing workflow, from data validation and invoice uploads to credit memo processing and payment application (ACH, Wire, Credit Card).
• Collections & Cash Management: Maintain a healthy aging report through proactive customer outreach, resolving payment discrepancies, and managing returned payments.
• Reporting & Analysis: Maintain AR dashboards and trackers. You’ll analyze aging trends and billing anomalies to provide insights that improve forecasting and visibility.
• Process Optimization: Proactively identify workflow inconsistencies, maintain SOPs, and participate in software testing (F&O) to improve system accuracy.
• Cross-Functional Support: Act as the primary point of contact for billing inquiries and support the finance team during month-end close and special projects.
