Your primary focus is driving sales and growth. This includes:
- Running outbound across channels
- Booking calls and running demos
- Closing customers and generating revenue
- Operating the business and maintaining customer relationships

- You have started a business before and grown it to real revenue
- You’re a proven GTM expert with a strong background in sales (Insurance Agent, Account Executive, Business Development)
- You demonstrate clear motivation, ambition, and readiness to own a business
What Success Looks Like
- Go from offer to onboarding in 2–3 days
- Close your first paying customer within 14 days
- Build consistent revenue momentum
- Reach $100K+ ARR within 4-6 months
Compensation
- 50–70% ownership equity
- Fully performance-based with uncapped income
- Direct ownership of the equity upside
