D365 CRM Configuration Admin
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Microsoft D365 CRM Configuration and Administration Lead to oversee the development, configuration, testing, and maintenance of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CRM systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and must be hands on. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development, configuration, and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, including plug-ins, pipelines, workflows, entities, forms, and views.
- Implement/manage modern web services using service-oriented architecture, RESTful APIs, and SOAP.
- Create business units
- Oversee the execution of unit tests and code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure the CRM system is aligned with business processes and objectives.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Understand the latest CRM technologies and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM configuration and administration.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and their integration with other business applications.
- Proficiency in developing and implementing web services (RESTful APIs, SOAP).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are a plus.
