Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to clients and team members via phone, email, or in-person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain and update office equipment, ensuring everything is in working order.
- Assist in managing office supplies and inventory, placing orders as needed.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, ensuring all necessary arrangements are made.
- Document and track support requests, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
- Collaborate with IT and administrative teams to improve processes and workflows.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all users.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a help desk or office administration role is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using office software and tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor with a customer-focused attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including day or night shifts.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus.
