Senior Workday Consultant – Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking
Job Description:
- Serve as a client-facing Subject Matter Expert supporting organizations in a post‑production, Application Managed Services (AMS) environment
- Provide trusted advisory support
- Resolve complex cross-functional issues
- Engage confidently with senior client stakeholders
Requirements:
- 3–5+ years of hands-on Workday experience with a strong focus on Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence in a post‑production or AMS environment
- Proven experience serving as a client-facing Workday SME, including interaction with senior and executive stakeholders
- Strong cross‑functional Workday HCM knowledge and understanding of downstream impacts across domains
- Experience delivering support and enhancement work in an AMS or ongoing support model
- Ability to communicate complex issues clearly and confidently, both verbally and in writing
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
