National Account Manager - Walmart

Job Description
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to deliver against sales and profitability goals
- Partner with retail teams to uncover growth opportunities and proactively address business challenges
- Meet with Walmart buyers to review business needs, goals, and new product ideas
- Oversee trade spending and co-marketing budgets
- Build and maintain effective relationships with brokers and distributors to support execution
- Stay informed on category trends and competitive activity

- 5-7+ years of CPG sales experience
- Minimum 2+ years managing Walmart business
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with Walmart's system
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Self-starter and ability to establish and develop customer relationships
