About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Sales professional to drive business growth in the North American market. This role is ideal for someone with a strong mechanical engineering background who can translate technical requirements into customer-focused solutions. What You’ll Do
- Develop and manage sales pipelines across key industries (automotive, medical, energy, industrial)
- Understand customer technical requirements and propose CNC machining/prototyping solutions
- Collaborate with internal engineering and production teams on feasibility and costing
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and manage project follow-ups
- Build long-term client relationships and drive revenue growth
- Represent the company in client meetings, site visits, and industry events
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in engineering sales or mechanical engineering
- Strong understanding of CNC machining, drawings, tolerances, and manufacturing processes
- Excellent communication and solution-selling skills
- Proven ability to manage customer relationships and close deals
