As they expand into the United States, they are seeking a high-impact Sales Executive to serve as a foundational commercial hire and play a key role in building their US market presence. Working closely with leadership, product, and sales engineering, this individual will drive new business while helping shape go-to-market strategy in a highly competitive landscape. [REMOTE] Sales Executive - Pharma CRM Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and engage pharmaceutical organizations with field-based commercial teams
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, and close
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of new business opportunities
- Conduct tailored product demonstrations aligned to client needs and business objectives
- Partner with Sales Engineering on technical validation and solution design
- Develop relationships with stakeholders across Sales, Commercial Operations, and Digital teams
- Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles within pharmaceutical organizations
- Support contract negotiations and procurement processes
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences
- Provide structured market feedback to inform product and go-to-market strategy
- Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM reporting
[REMOTE] Sales Executive - Pharma CRM Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS or software sales experience required
- Experience selling a service into mid-market to enterprise pharmaceutical organizations required
- Demonstrated ability to close complex, multi-stakeholder deals required
- Must be able to travel up to 50% domestically
