Dispatcher – Fast-Paced Towing & Recovery

Bee Line Towing is looking for a sharp, reliable Dispatcher to join our team. From answering phones to managing our fleet, you will ensure our drivers are safe and our customers get help when they need it most. What You’ll Be Doing

• Remote Command Center: Manage high-volume inbound calls from stranded motorists, law enforcement, and motor clubs.
• Strategic Routing: Assign calls to drivers based on location, equipment type (flatbed vs. wrecker), and priority.
• Tech Savvy: Utilize our CRM/Dispatching software to log calls, track ETAs, and process billing accurately.
• Customer Advocacy: Turn a stressful situation for a driver into a positive experience through clear communication and empathy.
• Problem Solving: Navigate logic puzzles on the fly, adjusting routes and updating customers when traffic hits or priorities shift.

What We’re Looking For

• Multitasking Pros: You can talk on the phone, type notes, and check a GPS map simultaneously without breaking a sweat.
• Industry Knowledge: You know your way around automotive terms. You know the difference between a "lockout" and a "recovery," and you understand why a 4WD vehicle needs a flatbed.
• Communication Skills: Professional, authoritative, yet friendly phone etiquette is a must.
• CRM Experience: Previous experience with dispatching software (e.g., Beacon, Towbook, or similar) is a major plus.
• Reliability: Our community relies on us 24/7. We need a team player who is punctual and ready to work their scheduled shift.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum [1-2] years of dispatching or heavy customer service experience.
• Basic geographic knowledge of OC, LA, SD, Riverside counties.
• Ability to pass a background check.
