Data Architect - LATAM.

We are currently looking for a Data Architect to join a growing team focused on building scalable data solutions and driving data-driven decision-making across the organization. This is a key role for a senior professional who can bridge business and technology, define data strategy, and guide implementation within a modern Microsoft-based data ecosystem. What You’ll Do: Design and lead the implementation of scalable and efficient data architectures aligned with business goals Translate business requirements into technical data solutions, defining clear specifications and data models Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment across teams Act as the technical leader within a cross-functional team, guiding a Data Engineer, Power BI specialist, and Product stakeholders Oversee the development and optimization of data pipelines and workflows using Azure-based tools Ensure best practices in data governance, data quality, and performance optimization Enable and support data visualization initiatives, particularly through Power BI Contribute to the evolution of the platform toward advanced analytics and machine learning capabilities What You’ll Bring 5+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or similar roles Strong hands-on experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting Experience working with Azure Data Factory and the Microsoft data ecosystem Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and data pipeline design Experience working in cloud environments, preferably Azure Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Proven ability to define architecture and guide implementation within small to mid-sized teams Advanced English level - C1.
