What You'll Be Doing
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the spark that brightens days and ignites careers. You'll have ownership over resolving escalated or complex calls from customers, providing answers, consulting on products with compassion, and resolving issues with a smile. Whether it's getting answers for customers quickly or resolving their issues with a smile, you'll be the difference between their customer experience being just average or an exceptional one.
A Typical Day
* Answer incoming communications from customers
- Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues
- Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
What You Bring to the Role
* 6 months or more of customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Recognize, apply, and explain product or service knowledge
- Computer experience
- High-speed internet (>15 mbps)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
