Key Responsibilities
As a customer service specialist in our Government and Corporate Affairs division, you'll be responsible for:
- Promoting and selling air travel on arenaflex: You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized recommendations to help them find the perfect travel solution.
- Preparing itineraries, computing fares, and issuing refunds: You'll use your expertise to create customized itineraries, compute fares, and process refunds in a timely and efficient manner.
- Answering inquiries and resolving customer problems: You'll provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving problems in a mutually beneficial manner.
- Communicating with customers over the phone: You'll work closely with customers to research passenger complaints, advise on cancelled or delayed flights, and communicate new rules, policies, and procedures that may affect them.
- Staying up-to-date with industry developments: You'll stay current with the latest industry trends and developments, and use this knowledge to provide expert advice and guidance to our customers.
What You'll Need for Success
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
