Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in managing and updating logistics data for designated vendors. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and updating logistics data efficiently for designated vendors
• Identifying and resolving delivery or vendor-specific issues with precision and professionalism
• Maintaining effective communication with vendors, addressing concerns and adjusting schedules as necessary
• Collaborating with colleagues to rectify inaccurate merchant data
• Escalating more complex challenges to supervisors for appropriate resolution
• Gathering item-level data from merchants, aligning it with internal catalog details to ensure accuracy and consistency
