Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Clerk to join our Sales Analytics team on a remote basis. As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, ensuring that our sales analytics are accurate and up-to-date. You'll work closely with our business clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their requirements. This is a 12-week internship position, starting January 30th and ending April 19th, with the possibility of extension.
Key Responsibilities
* Enter data accurately and efficiently into our systems, ensuring that our sales analytics are up-to-date and accurate
- Collaborate with business clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their requirements
- Ensure that data entry is completed within the specified timeframe and to the required standard
- Participate in data quality checks and ensure that data is accurate and complete
- Develop and maintain relationships with business clients and stakeholders
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Work collaboratively with other teams to achieve business objectives
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid U.S. government-issued identification number to complete the hiring process
- Ability to work in the US as a strong representative without sponsorship now or in the future
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, computer science, mathematics)
- Experience in data entry or a related field
- Knowledge of sales analytics and data analysis tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
