Job Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering top-notch service to our customers, addressing their queries, resolving issues, and promoting our range of services. Key Responsibilities

* Drive Customer Satisfaction: Proactively offer product and service recommendations to match customer needs, ensuring they receive the best possible experience with arenaflex.

  • Achieve Sales Targets: Explain and promote our range of services, including local and long-distance telephone, cable television, and internet offerings, to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Handle Customer Inquiries: Address customer queries related to service applications, installations, policies, and account management, providing accurate and timely solutions.
  • Process Service Orders: Use company systems to process service orders, including installation, disconnection, and feature changes, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  • Address Billing Inquiries: Provide account information, assist with payment options for overdue accounts, and address billing-related queries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Log Customer Details Accurately: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, ensuring that customer details are up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Support Technicians: Collaborate with technicians to resolve service issues, providing necessary information and assisting in clearing service disruptions.
  • Contribute to Special Projects: Participate in the coordination of special projects, perform administrative duties as needed, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.

Skills & Qualifications

* Excellent Communication Skills: Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, with a positive and professional approach to customer interactions.

  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to adapt to new technologies and processes.
  • Strong Teamwork Skills: Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, take initiative, and work independently when needed.
  • Embracing Change: Show a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances, contribute to continuous improvement efforts, and stay up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Knowledge of Customer Service Regulations: Familiarity with customer service regulations, particularly related to Customer Proprietary Network Information (CPNI), is essential.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work a schedule that best serves our customers, including occasional adjustments when needed.

Education & Experience

* High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required.

  • Customer Service or Sales Experience: A minimum of 3+ years of customer service or sales experience is preferred.
  • Telephony and Cable Television Experience: Experience in telephony and cable television services is a plus.
