Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative on our arenaflex team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Conducting customer-focused, needs-based reviews to educate customers on insurance options and identify opportunities to meet their financial goals
  • Developing leads, scheduling appointments, and marketing appropriate products and services to meet customer needs
  • Collaborating with our State Farm independent contractor agent to achieve sales and customer service goals
  • Staying up-to-date on industry developments and product offerings to provide expert advice to customers

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry

  • Familiarity with State Farm products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
