Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to our customers via phone, email, and live chat
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Making outbound calls to customers to follow up on previous interactions and offer promotions
- Scheduling visits with customers to resolve issues or provide additional support
- Following up on customer reviews, both positive and negative, to ensure that we're meeting our customers' expectations
- Participating in ongoing training and development programs to improve your skills and knowledge
- Collaborating with other team members to achieve our customer service goals and objectives
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
- A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and grow with our company
- A clear background check and drug screen
- A high school diploma or equivalent
