Job Summary

As an Experienced Full Stack Pharmacy Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient-centric care, leveraging cutting-edge technology, and driving business growth. You will work closely with pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and efficient pharmacy operations.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist pharmacists in the exercise of pharmacy, including the preparation and dispensing of medications, under direct supervision.

• Use pharmacy systems to retrieve patient and drug information and process prescriptions.
• Model and provide a unique and delightful customer experience, engaging with customers and patients to resolve issues and answer inquiries.
• Develop strong relationships with most valuable customers, providing personalized service and support.
• Perform duties as assigned by the Pharmacy Manager, including utilizing pharmacy systems, filling prescriptions, and verifying medication accuracy.
• Assist pharmacists in scheduling and maintaining work flow, including ordering and stocking medications.
• Report prescription errors to the pharmacist on duty and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records and reports, including patient information and medication inventory.
• Participate in ongoing education and training programs to maintain expertise and stay up-to-date on the latest developments in healthcare and pharmacy.

Essential Qualifications

* Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).

• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer previous work experience with arenaflex.
• Desire math skills to accurately fill prescriptions, including counting, measuring, and weighing medications.
• Desire computer skills, including proficiency in pharmacy systems.
• Desire knowledge of store inventory management.
• Prefer % certification.

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience as a pharmacy technician or in a related healthcare field.

• Certification as a Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) or equivalent.
• Experience with pharmacy software and systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
