What You'll Do:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional experiences for our customers. Here are some key responsibilities you'll be expected to perform:

  • Engage with customers: You'll engage directly with pharmacy customers who contact arenaflex for a variety of topics, primarily via inbound calls and other communication platforms.
  • Research and problem-solve: You'll research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for the customer and follow up as needed to resolve issues.
  • Go above and beyond: We're not looking for order-takers or script-readers – we're searching for individuals who can engage with our customers, think critically, and provide solutions while adhering to high safety and regulatory standards.

What You'll Need:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

1-2 years of experience

in a customer-focused environment

  • Excellent communication skills: You'll need to be able to communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to multi-task and think critically: You'll need to be able to handle multiple tasks and think critically to resolve customer issues.
  • Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime: You may be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and you may be required to work overtime as needed.
  • Must be able to pass background check for KY Rx Tech license: You'll need to be able to pass a background check to obtain a KY Rx Tech license.
