Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred

  • 1+ year of customer-facing experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
