Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced customer service representative to join our remote team at arenaflex. As a customer service representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and interactive voice response systems. You'll be the face of arenaflex, and your goal will be to resolve customer inquiries in a timely, efficient, and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing excellent customer care and focus, with the ability to assess customers' needs and provide the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
  • Answering and managing incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems
  • Learning and following all customer service procedures and policies
  • Striving to meet and go above personal and team target goals
  • Recording, organizing, and filing customer interactions and account changes
  • Upselling when necessary
  • Scheduling call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms
  • Basic computer skills and experience, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • The ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns
  • A customer-focused approach, with a passion for delivering positive customer experiences and resolutions

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Knowledge of industry-specific products or services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
