Experienced Customer Service Associate – Last-Mile Delivery Support

As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you will be at the forefront of ensuring our customers receive their packages on time, as promised. Your role will be instrumental in connecting customers with experts who can provide them with accurate and up-to-date information about their packages, making you a vital part of our customer-centric team.

Key Responsibilities

As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for:

  • Communicating with customers directly in-person, via phone, and via email to ensure their needs are met and exceeded
  • Empathizing with and prioritizing customer needs to provide a seamless experience
  • Upholding company values and respecting every customer interaction
  • Resolving issues and setting appropriate expectations with customers to ensure a positive outcome
  • Clearly understanding and responding appropriately to customer issues, providing grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written responses
  • Approaching problems logically and with good judgment to ensure the best possible customer outcome
  • Making quick and effective decisions on behalf of the customer to ensure their satisfaction
  • Working a flexible Full-Time (40+ hours per week) schedule to meet the demands of our last-mile delivery operations

Essential Qualifications

* High School or equivalent diploma

  • Previous experience in Customer Service, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to effectively prioritize work time to ensure efficiency and meet customer needs
  • Experience with Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Outlook
  • Familiarity with multiple web browsers, database searching, and instant messenger tools

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work-related experience

  • Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Experience in understanding performance metrics and developing them to measure progress against key performance indicators
  • Experience working on a merchandising/brand ambassador team for a nationally recognized consumer brand

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and provide a positive experience

  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to approach problems logically and with good judgment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Familiarity with customer service software and systems
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve customer satisfaction
