Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Representative – Chat, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to their questions and concerns
- Providing in-depth information about our products and services, including features, benefits, and usage
- Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments with our clients' customers
- Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review
- Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review
- Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of our evolving products and services
- Collaborating with our internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve our products and services
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (not necessary, but a plus)
- Basic internet and window-based computer skills (you should be comfortable using a computer and navigating online platforms)
- Strong ability to multitask (we're a fast-paced environment, and you'll need to be able to juggle multiple conversations and tasks at once)
- Positive and professional demeanor (you'll be representing our clients and our company, so we need someone who is friendly, approachable, and professional)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (you'll need to be able to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams)
- Ability to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment (we're a dynamic company that's always evolving, and we need someone who can keep up)
Requirements
To join our team, you'll need to:
- Attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday – Saturday between the hours of 10am-6:30pm CST (don't worry, we'll provide comprehensive training to get you up to speed)
- Be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends (we're a 24/7 operation, and we need someone who can work flexible hours)
- Have a strong ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment (we're a dynamic company that's always on the go)
- Be able to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment (we're a company that's always evolving, and we need someone who can keep up)
