We're seeking experienced Customer Service Representative Agents to participate in our national and local paid focus groups, clinical trials, and market research assignments. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative Agent, your key responsibilities will include:

• Participating in national and local paid focus groups, clinical trials, and market research assignments
• Completing written and oral instructions, as well as written surveys for each panel
• Using products and/or services provided, and being ready to discuss prior to meeting dates
• Showing up at least 10 minutes before discussion start time
• Participating fully in discussions, either online or in-person
