We're seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team on a part-time basis, working 3 days a week with flexible scheduling.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative for arenaflex's hospitality business, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via phone and text, managing a moderate call volume, and ensuring every customer receives exceptional service. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling 15-25 calls per day, averaging 6 minutes per call, and responding to text messages and resolving customer inquiries promptly
  • Providing accurate information and support to customers regarding services and general inquiries
  • Troubleshooting any issues and escalating when necessary
  • Creating and managing the crew's weekly schedules, ensuring all shifts are covered and any last-minute changes are addressed
  • Monitoring the crew's group chat from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM PST to address questions, solve problems, and provide guidance as needed
  • Regularly checking and responding to company emails, ensuring prompt communication with customers and internal team members
  • Responding to guest reviews, ensuring professional and courteous communication at all times

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Proficient in using email, messaging apps, and phone systems
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
  • Previous experience in customer service or scheduling is a plus
