Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing friendly, responsive, and professional assistance to clients via phone, email, or chat
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely, efficient, and effective manner
  • Working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Handling a high volume of customer inquiries and transactions, including:

+ Ticketing and reservations + Baggage and cargo services + Flight changes and cancellations + Special requests and accommodations

  • Utilizing advanced technology, including our modernized retail location framework, to streamline customer interactions and improve efficiency
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting customer feedback and concerns to management

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients in a friendly, professional manner
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment
