Key Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals for customer satisfaction, first contact resolution, and other key performance indicators

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • No prior experience required; willingness to learn and develop customer service skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technology and tools

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience, either in-person or remote

  • Experience working in a call center or customer-facing role
  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
