Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team as a Freight Specialist. Key Responsibilities

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, logistics, communications)
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, logistics, or a related field
