Key Responsibilities
As a Help Desk Administrator, your main tasks will involve:
- Answering customer questions and resolving issues through live chat interfaces like Facebook Messenger
- Assisting customers with website navigation and providing support for a variety of businesses
- Managing chat-based inquiries efficiently and effectively
- Working independently to provide exceptional customer support
- Following provided steps and instructions to ensure seamless customer experiences

What You'll Be Doing
As a Help Desk Administrator, you'll be working as a live chat agent, handling incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses' websites and social media accounts. - 10+ hours of availability per week
