Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, providing exceptional support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll be responsible for resolving customer complaints, answering questions, and providing solutions that meet their needs. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers through various channels
  • Escalate complex issues to senior representatives or management as needed
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
  • Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

* 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience in a leadership or supervisory role
