Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative in our Porta Potties Division, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborating with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies, ensuring seamless communication and effective service delivery.
  • Recording customer information within our customer service database, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Engaging with clients in a friendly and professional manner, actively listening to their concerns, and offering support and solutions in accordance with our customer service policies.
  • Working closely with the team to achieve sales targets, promote company services and products, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a similar industry or environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and data.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Access, with experience in labor cost analysis and inside sales.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Experience in the porta potties industry or a similar field.
  • Knowledge of customer service software and systems.
  • Certification in customer service or a related field.
  • Experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
