Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative in our Porta Potties Division, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborating with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies, ensuring seamless communication and effective service delivery.
- Recording customer information within our customer service database, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.

Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a similar industry or environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Access, with experience in labor cost analysis and inside sales.
